Company Communication

Step 3 - You must attend the company meeting each month or watch the video recording within one week. Our company meetings are on the second Wednesday of the month from 11am to 1pm. Meeting locations for in person will be on the company calendar and virtual viewing options will be indicated on the calendar as well. To attend in person please email events@rogprosper.com to reserve your seat.

Step 4- Attend a Welcome Onboard class taught virtually the first Wednesday of the month (refer to company calendar for details). in the meantime you may watch our two Welcome OnBoard Videos click on link to go to playlist or see videos below. The first video provides information on our office website for agents and the HUB Facebook group. The 2nd video is all about your ONE account includes your company provided resources like CRM, Agent Website, etc.

Marketing Quick Start

Step 1- Upload your Headshot and Bio into Zone (access Zone through your ONE Login) The changes will show as pending and be approved by Admin. Once approved the information will populate on the website and your ONESuite account.

Step 2- Go Here for more Marketing Information and referrals to some options for vendors to order signs, business cards and other marketing items as well as check out options offered by corporate in your ONE Login (ONE Shop, etc.)

Social Media Help

We have a VA(Virtual Assitant) named Camsiah who can help with a few things: Social Media posts, light video editing, adding your agent photo and info to an Company Created Posts that you can share.

In the chat you request help from the VA. You just need to type what you need and she will ask you and clarifying questions.
The VA is available Monday - Friday and not and weekends.

Board of REALTORS

If you already belong to the board then you will want to switch your brokerage in your profile.

ABOR members can switch your profile by

1. Log in to your Member Portal 2. Next, select "ABoR Membership" under "Subscriptions" 3. Then, click on "Change Office" and fill out the change brokerage form.

If you are Brand New to real estate then you have 30 days from when you joined to join your primary board of choice.

To join ABOR as your primary Board of Realtors go here.

Listings- If you have any listings with your previous broker and wish to transfer them to Realty ONE you will need to get both your old broker and Karlyn to sign this form here and then send it to ABOR to transfer.

IABS

You will need to create a filled out IABS (Information About Brokerage Services) via Skyslope, or on the transaction software you use personally. You can save a completed IABS form to your Google Drive so you can have a link to use for your email signature. This form is required to be on your business pages (social media, website, etc) as well as just above your email signature on all emails send to prospects.

Listings - Need Signs, Lockboxes, Open House Directional Artwork and Sellers Shield

The office has some lockboxes and signs that you can check out. Please email tracey@rogprosper.com to schedule the check-out ahead of time. These are kept locked up, so you cannot expect to show up on a weekend and get them. You must make arrangements ahead of time as staff are off evenings/weekends. They MUST be returned the minute the listing is sold.

We recommend you order your own riders for the signs. The sign frame has a place for two riders. You can purchase inexpensive generic riders from ABOR or any local sign company can make them for you. The size you will need is 6" tall by 18" wide. Typically agents will purchase one rider for status - "FOR SALE" "UNDER CONTRACT" etc and then the other rider for their name and phone number. You can use any color combination.

ABOR sells generic Open House directional signs you can purchase. If you want to order your own we have artwork for ROGP branding Open House directional signs located here.

For Listings you need your clients to complete a Sellers Disclosure Notice you can create an account through Sellers Shield: https://protect.sellersshield.com/login/agent It will ask for your name and license number. Then you'll follow instructions to create your account.

Company Leads

Phone Duty Coverage which we call "Agent on Demand"

Agent on Demand- we release the next month's schedule to sign up at the end of the company meeting each month. We ask at that time you only select one slot and then you can return the following Monday and take any additional slots that are still available. This allows everyone to have a chance to grab at least one slot. The split is 80/20 for any Agent On Demand leads. Tracey receives all office lead calls and will pass them out to agents "on duty" during that period.
