Steps for Newly Licensed Agents
Mentee Program and Training
During your first five transactions you will be formally in our NAT (New Agent Training aka Mentee Program). You MUST get Karlyn's approval on any paperwork that a client would sign for a potential transaction/transaction for all of your first five deals.
Step 1
Plug in our upcoming courses on your calendar. We continuously offer trainings in the office and on Zoom. The topics vary greatly from social media to contracts and everything in between. Special Note: Contracts Class is required and strongly encouraged to take multiple times.
Step 2
Required Trainings
Company Meetings - The 2nd Wednesday of every month. View the Company Calendar for location or virtual meeting link. If you are unable to attend during the meeting there will be a recording of the meeting available that you must watch within one week of the meeting. The link to rewatch the Company Meeting will be posted to the portal under the Calendar.
Contract Classes- Karlyn teaches contracts classes a few times a year and these are mandatory for agents in mentor program.

New Agent Training (NAT) Videos - are located on our YouTube Channel CLICK HERE. Watch ALL of these videos and reference them as needed. These trainings cover how to work with buyers, sellers, and business basics.
WITH THE RECENT NAR LAWSUIT SETTLEMENT CHANGES THERE ARE CHANGES TO THE BUYER AGENCY PROCESS SO IT IS IMPORTANT TO ATTEND AND WATCH COMPANY MEETINGS TO STAY ON TOP OF CHANGES AS THEY HAPPEN.
Step 5 - Schedule one on one weekly or bi-weekly meetings with Karlyn. Karlyn will typically try to schedule all mentees at the same time. It is also a good idea to attend the Q&A with Broker on Tuesdays as much as possible. Even if you do not have any questions it is good to attend and listen to other agents questions and answers.
Step 6 - Before you hold your own open house you must Watch or Attend Open House Training (previously recorded class can be found here . You must shadow Karlyn or an agent Karlyn approves at an open house prior to doing your own. Reach out to Karlyn to arrange for this.
Step 7 - Please watch pre-recorded versions of the Welcome Onboard videos on our YouTube channel CLICK HERE The first video covers the Prosper Portal website and the FB Hub. The second video is all about your ONE Agent account which includes your CRM, agent website.
Step 8 -Realty ONE Group (corporate) offers extensive training for new agents through the ONE Login on ONE.U. We highly recommend you commit some time to learning via videos every week. Start with our in-house videos as mentioned above and then continue with the corporate courses.
